1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Lunea Interio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Lunea Interio provides interior design services including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial interior design consultations
- Space planning and concept development
- Furniture selection and procurement
- Project management and oversight
- Styling and accessorizing
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Lunea Interio are estimates and may be subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed upon detailed project scope discussion. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if the project requirements change after initial consultation.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated project cost is required to commence any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit cards.
5. Project Timelines
Project timelines provided are estimates based on typical project progression. Lunea Interio shall not be liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, contractor availability, or changes in project scope.
6. Design Ownership
All design concepts, drawings, and plans created by Lunea Interio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, the client receives license to use the designs for their intended property only.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their requirements and budget
- Timely decisions and approvals
- Ensuring access to the property for measurements and installations
- Securing necessary permissions from landlords or housing societies
8. Limitation of Liability
Lunea Interio's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
9. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship for a period of 12 months from project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, or third-party interference.
10. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. The deposit amount is non-refundable and covers our time and resources invested in project planning and concept development. Cancellation after work commencement may incur additional charges for work completed.
11. Modifications to Terms
Lunea Interio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
